Last Sunday, Daddy took Alex to the Zoo with Vivian, Eric, and Olivia. Mommy could not go because she had to prepare two big presentations on the coming Monday with her engineers from China. Alex and Olivia played pretty late the night before, now they enjoyed the time together again watching the condor.

上礼拜爸爸带着易峰去动物园了。我是对动物园从小就没什么兴趣，只记得每次到动物园就爱打哈欠。易峰和爸爸倒是兴致勃勃。

It rumors that Alex likes camel. Now since he can say “Elmo”, I am not sure if camel sounds like Elmo, so it interested Alex. Mommy and Daddy had a picture taken in front of a camel in China years ago. Now here comes daddy, son, and camels.

回来之后，爸爸说易峰喜欢骆驼多些，我是大放问号。不过骑骆驼我倒很有兴趣，相信易峰也会喜欢。

Alex has been pretty sufficient to feed himself with fingers. About one month ago, he started to practice using a spoon or fork. To save mom’s energy, he fed himself oatmeal in the morning when daddy went Alaska fishing. I forgot to put a bib on him, so I had to change the jacket, the shirt, and the pants after he dropped most of oatmeal on himself. But it was so fun to watch him to master a new skill.

易峰非常喜欢自己喂自己。如果以为终于又可以轻松一把了，那您就大错特错了。　小东西每次还不会把勺子平送到嘴里，总是把勺子掉个个，食物就稀里哗啦的往小掉，经常是ｋｕａｉ了一大勺，送到嘴里的只有一两个米粒，所以燕麦粥要做得稠一些，粘在勺子上，小家伙就浪费的少些。他还喜欢用勺子把碗敲的叮叮当当地响，有时候还敲桌子。
