Since Alex was pretty ill last weekend, I am worried every day Alex went to school. To keep Alex from vomiting, we ask teachers at SEA to feed Alex less amount more frequently. So far it works really well.
Today when I picked Alex up, he was in such good spirits, smiling all the time to everybody, especially to little kids. Alex always gets amazed and excited with other kids around. That makes Dave and I feel we are doing a right thing to send Alex to daycare. He has so much fun sometimes just by simply looking at those toddlers playing. I decided to stay at school for around half hour every time I pick Alex up so that Alex can enjoy more time with other kids. He is such a social and friendly boy. Alex, we love you very much!
Yesterday Alex stayed home with me because he got a couple of red bumps on his face on Sunday and we are not sure what they are. During the noon, we called Daddy to update how we were doing. Of course, Alex smiled at Daddy’s voice. Then… “DA DA” slipped out of his mouth. It might be just a right baby noise at right time，and nobody knows when he will say a meaningful word next time. I am still thrilled. Alex has been babbling ” Ahh..Ba Ba..” a lot lately. “Ba Ba” is how we call Dad in Chinese. My dear Alex, you have known how to call Dad in both English and Chinese. Next, can you say “DA DA, go warm milk for me!”? Haha…
昨天易峰突然在给爸爸打电话时，对着电话叫“爸爸”。很可能易峰是无意间脱口而出，他自己也不知道自己在说什么，但我还是天真的希望他很快就会叫“爸爸，去帮我热奶吧！”到时，我多省心呀，哈哈！
This week Alex is promoted to higher level class. His teacher thinks he is so eager to learn that the infant class is not suitable for him anymore. Also, he makes some friends at SEA already.(what a pleasant surprise!) One of his friends,Jason, were transitioned to the new class one month ago. According to SEA teachers, Alex misses Jason. The evidence is Alex’s face will lighten up every time he sees Jason. So I think Alex will have more fun at new class. He is such a friendly boy.
Isn’t that wonderful to dance with Daddy at mommy’s favorite song? Daddy is so good at rocking Alex to sleep now. We were both very happy Alex finally got some sleep yesterday afternoon. The sailing boats Daddy got for Alex are so soothing.

Alex is 7-month-old. Jumper is not good enough to trap him and make him happy as long as before. But Alex pretty enjoys sitting in his crib to play his favorite toys with the guard of Humpty Dumpty. Good job, Humpty Dumpty!
